In addition, many Asia-Pacific countries, particularly China, India, and Japan, are heavily reliant on imported oil and gas to meet their energy needs. This reliance has led to increased efforts to explore and develop domestic offshore resources to improve energy security and reduce dependence on foreign imports. The panel will address the core opportunities and challenges in the region as nations invest to scale up their output for future decades.
